Fattoria Casagrande has 8 apartments, a lovely barn converted into a private Villa and a splendid swimming pool overlooking the vineyards. All apartments are equipped with every comfort including:
equipped kitchen (electric oven, refrigerator, dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots and pans), air conditioning, courtesy set for bathroom, LED TV, hairdryer, sheets and towels with weekly change. Cot on request with extra charge.
1 BEDROOM APARTMENT (2 pax)
The Sagrantino apartment is located on the first floor of the farmhouse, has a large kitchen-living room area, a bedroom with bathroom. It has air conditioning and views of the vineyards. The Sagrantino apartment is on two floors with inside stairs. Guests can enjoy an outdoor space on the ground floor with table and chairs. Shared swimming pool.
DELUXE APARTMENT (2 pAX)
The Grechetto and Vernaccia apartments, both located on the first floor of the farmhouse, have a large kitchen-living area and a double bedroom with two bathrooms, air conditioning and views of the vineyards. The assignment takes place at the time of arrival, subject to availability. Guests can enjoy an outdoor space on the ground floor with table and chairs. Shared swimming pool.
STANDARD APARTMENT 2 BEDROOMS (4 pAX)
The Barbera apartment is located on the ground floor, has air conditioning, a living room kitchen, two double bedrooms and a bathroom. Guests can enjoy an outdoor area with table and chairs. Shared swimming pool.
SUPERIOR APARTMENT 1/2 BEDROOMS (2/4 pAX)
The Brunello, Lambrusco, and Morellino apartments have a kitchen-living room, one double bedroom and one bathroom. Verdicchio apartment has two double bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Verdicchio is located on the first floor of the farmhouse, has air conditioning and an outdoor space on the ground floor with table and chairs.
Brunello, Lambrusco and Morellino are located on the ground floor, they have air conditioning only in the living room. Guests can enjoy an outdoor area with table and chairs.
The assignment takes place at the time of arrival, subject to availability. Shared swimming pool.
VILLA 3 BEDROOMS (MAX 6 PAX)
Villa Bardolino is an independent villa on three floors with a living room, a bathroom and a large kitchen with a private outdoor veranda with table and chairs and a private garden overlooking the vineyards.
On the first floor there are a double bedroom and a bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom, a hallway. The top floor is entirely dedicated to the suite, with a large circular bed and an ensuite bathroom.
