  • Is the farm open all year round?
    Our farmhouse is open from early spring until early November.

  • What languages ​​are spoken?
    English and French.

  • What are the check-in and check-out times?
    Always write us a few days before your arrival time.
    Check-in takes place from 3pm to 7pm. The apartments must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.

  • Is it possible to check in before 3pm?
    If you arrive here before 15pm, you probably won’t find the apartment ready, so we kindly ask you to respect the check-in time.

  • Is it possible to check in after 7pm?
    If you arrive after 7pm, on request, it is possible to check in late with a supplement of € 30. Remember to always contact us a few days before your arrival to arrange late check-in with our reception. All requests for late arrival must be confirmed by the property. After 00am, check-in is not possible, even upon payment of a supplement.

  • Is it possible to check out after 10am?
    The apartment must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
    Once you leave your apartment you can still continue to use the swimming pool and other areas for the whole day.
    If you want to stay a little longer in the apartment, you can arrange a late check-out with the reception for a supplement of € 30. Remember to notify us the day before if you need to stay in the apartment a little longer.

  • Is access to the swimming pool free?
    Fattoria Casagrande offers its guests an outdoor swimming pool free of charge overlooking the vineyards surrounding the farmhouse. The use of the swimming pool, umbrellas and sun beds is free and for the exclusive use of our guests, towels are not included. The swimming pool is not supervised by a lifeguard.

  • Is bed and bath linen included in the price?
    Yes, the price includes bed linen and towels. Pool towels are not provided.

  • What equipment is there in the kitchen?
    Each kitchen is equipped with a fridge, 4-burner gas hob, extractor hood, pots, plates, glasses, cutlery and other accessories.

  • Do you accept animals?
    We are happy to accept your small pets. Take care of it during your stay. We will ask you for a supplement of 10 euros per day for thorough cleaning at checkout.

  • How can we reach Fattoria Casagrande?
    Our farmhouse is located in the open countryside so we strongly recommend that you arrive by car.

  • Where can you park your car?
    Our farm has a large free parking for all our guests. Parking is not covered and is not guarded.

  • Are there shops and restaurants nearby?
    The farmhouse is just a few minutes from Rignano sull’Arno where you can find a supermarket, a bank, a pharmacy and a post office. Nearby you can find excellent restaurants and all kinds of shops.

  • What are the payment methods?
    Payment for the stay must be made on your arrival.
    We accept major credit cards and cash payments for amounts up to € 2,000.
    Payment for extra services must be made within the day before departure.

  • How much is the amount of the deposit to be paid at the time of booking?
    We do not need a deposit to confirm your booking but you must communicate the details of your credit card to guarantee the reservation.

  • Are there any extra costs to pay?
    The extra costs or additional services to be paid upon your arrival are as follows:
    CLEANING THE HOB: we invite you to leave the hob of the kitchen clean and throw the garbage in the special bins of the separate collection located in the car park area. If the hob of the apartment is not left in order, an additional cost of € 50 will be applied.
    EXTRA PERSON: supplement from € 20 to € 50 per day, depending on the season.
    PET: for the stay of small pets there is a supplement of € 10 per day: in the presence of animals the final cleaning that we will carry out, will be much more thorough to avoid allergy risks to other guests!
    LATE CHECK-IN: € 30 for arrivals after 20.00, requesting the service by email a few days before your arrival.

  • Does the price change according to the number of guests?
    Yes, the price changes based on the number of guests who will occupy the device
